The goal of the activity of physiologists and biophysicists is to clarify how environment pollution affects on human and animal organisms. Scientists thoroughly study the influence of the environmental on an organism, research physiological and biophysical changes in the organism and look for the ways of prophylaxis of the diseases caused by these changes. Frequent exchange of experience and information at seminars and conferences allows scientists to keep up with the times, to become acquainted with the outcomes of researches, to study foreign experience. On 27 January the Republican Scientific Conference on the ‘Actual Problems of Modern Physiology and Biophysics’ dedicated to the 75th Anniversary of the founder of biophysical science in Uzbekistan academician Bek Oybekovich Tasmukhamedov was held in the Institute of Physiology and Biophysics of the Academy of Science of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The scientists of whole Republic – from Andijan, Namangan, Nukus and Samarkand took part in this conference. They made the presentations on the physiological aspects of the influence of regional climate peculiarities on human organism; on research of blood pressure changes in teenagers in the South region of Aral Sea; on integral connection of ecological and physiological researches; on influence of heavy metals on formation of child’s digestion during the period of breast- feeding and on many other topics. The outcomes of the researches made by young scientists from Andijan and Namangan attracted particular attention of the participants of the Republican Scientific Conference. These researches were notable for thoroughness, authenticity and their outcomes can be use in practice for prophylaxis of different diseases.
