The first number of the journal has been released. It is devoted to the main event which defines the activity of nature protection organizations in 2010. This event is the UNO declaration of 2010 the ‘Year of Biodiversity’. The special rubric ‘Significant Date’ of this number is devoted to this event.
Another important event is the Head of State’s declaration of 2010 the ‘Year of Harmoniously Developed Generation’. The journal opens special rubric devoted to this date and publishes the article by the doctor of medical sciences about the role of healthy way of life in education of the harmoniously developed personality.
A number of articles on this actual topicality are planned to be published during the year.
The journal includes the children supplement ‘Yosh Ekolog- Uniy Ekolog’ from the first number. The materials for children with ecological content will be published there.
Two articles devoted to the coryphaei of botany and biophysics D. Saidov and B. Tashmukhamedov are published in the rubric ‘Man and Nature’ of the first number of the journal. This rubric also contents materials of the scientific and practical conferences that were held in the Institute of Botany and the Institute of Physiology of the Academy of Science of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Nilufar Usmanova- a popular music star became a guest of the journal this time. She told us how she lives in harmony with nature and about the heights she has reached thanks to that.
We continue our rubric ‘Our pets’. We speak in this rubric how to keep hamsters at home, how they enjoy us and help to love and understand nature.
